The RASA Playground Fund
In all that we do, Black Swan Real Estate has one simple goal: to make the world a better place to live. Thanks to everyone who has enrolled in our real estate investing course, Single Family at Scale, the Stageberg Family Foundation was able to donate $30,000 towards building a playground for the Rochester Arts and Sciences Academy! We are honored to help this playground project come to fruition, so the world is not only a better place to live, but a better place to play.
Every great school needs a great playground. When realized, the RASA playground will be a space for both students and the local community to enjoy. The playground will enable learning, friendship, and discovery. And that’s on building a better community.
